I hereby grant to Ivan Milovidov the right and permission to copyright, 
publish, re-publish, use and re-use photographs of the minor named 
below and of his/her property, in whole or in part, in conjunction with 
the minor's first name, for advertising and promotional purpose in 
connection with Ivan Milovidov name on the World Wide Web of the Internet. 

I hereby waive any right that I or the minor may have to inspect or 
approve the use of the photographs and/or digital images, or any 
advertising or promotional copy or other printed matter that may be 
used in connection with the photographs and/or digital images. 

I hereby irrevocably release Ivan Milovidov and its affiliates from 
any and all claims or liability for invasion of any personal or 
property right which I may have, or which my heirs, executors, 
administrators and assigns hereafter may have, including without 
limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, 
right of publicity or copyright, for any matter whatsoever arising 
out of the use of any submission by the minor. I further agree not 
to sue and to hold Ivan Milovidov from any and all claims and 
liability from my child/ward arising out of the above activities. 

I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age and have every right 
to contract for the minor named below.
