I do hereby give Ivan V. Milovidov irrevocable right and permission, 
in connection with the photographs and/or digital images taken of me, 
or in which I may be included with others, the following: 

The right to use, reuse, publish, and re-publish in any manner at all, 
said photographs and/or digital images, in whole or in part either by 
themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or digital 
images in any other medium and for any other purposes whatsoever, 
including all promotional and advertising uses as well as using my 
first name in connection therewith if it is so desired; and 

The right to publish said photographs and/or digital images, at Ivan 
Milovidov's web site(s) on the View Models page, or any other special 
section created, for an undetermined period of time; and 

The right to copyright said photographs and/or digital images in the 
name of Ivan V. Milovidov (IVM). I declare that the material that is 
being submitted to Ivan Milovidov is not in conflict with any other 
contractual arrangement with a third party. 

I understand that by the publication of said material, it is possible 
for other parties to gain copies of this material and that I will not 
hold Ivan Milovidov responsible for such reproduction misuse or abuse. 

I hereby forever release and discharge Ivan Milovidov from any and 
all claims, actions and demands arising out of, or in connection with, 
the use of said photographs and/or digital images, including, without 
limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel. 

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the 
use of the photographs and/or digital images, or any advertising or 
promotional copy or other printed matter that may be used in connection 
with the photographs and/or digital images. 

This release shall insure to the benefit of the assigns, licensees 
and legal representatives of Ivan Milovidov as well as the party or 
parties for whom photographs and/or digital images were taken. 

I represent that I am over the age of 18 and that I have read the 
foregoing and fully and completely understand the contents hereof.
